The newest Nissan SUV, the 2024 Nissan Pathfinder, is already out! This lineup has six trims, including its rugged special edition, Rock Creek. Notable Changes From the Previous Year
The Pathfinder was completely remodelled for 2022, with a new design and more capability, in what Nissan has called “the return of the rugged.” That’s why the 2024 Nissan Pathfinder changes aren’t very significant for this year.

Performance Specs
The new Pathfinder runs on a 3.5-litre DIG (Direct Injection Gasoline) V6 powertrain with a nine-speed automatic transmission. This setup takes only 9.2L/100km on highways, which is very efficient for long journeys. It has an Intelligent 4x4 traction system, improving traction under challenging conditions such as snowy or icy roads.
Additionally, this lineup is equipped with seven driving modes, improving handling for road conditions like sand, mud/rut, and snow. You can also choose modes like Sport and Eco, adjusting their performance to your driving needs.
Design Features
The new Pathfinder seats up to eight passengers and has cloth upholstery for base-level models and leather-appointed seats for the SL and upper models. Meanwhile, the Rock Creek comes with leatherette-appointed seats. All models have standard heated front seats plus a tri-zone automatic climate control system.
All models have chrome grilles and badging except for the Rock Creek, which has black V-shaped grilles and black badging. Body-coloured bumpers, as well as front and rear door handles,s are standard for everyone. A panoramic moonroof and a motion-activated liftgate are standard for SV and upper models.
Technology and Safety
The entire lineup counts on a wider array of technology features. Base models up to Rock Creek come with an 8-inch multicolour touchscreen display, while upper models have a standard 9-inch touchscreen display. However, the Nissan Connect system is standard for everyone and has mobile compatibility with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Advanced systems like SiriusXM Satellite Radio and SiriusXM Travel Link are also standard across the lineup.
The Nissan Advanced Airbag System is standard for all models, but only the Platinum counts on the driver’s supplemental airbags. The ProPILOT Assist system is included in models up to Rock Creek, while upper trims have the ProPILOT Assist with Navi-Link. Blindspot intervention is standard for SV and higher models.
